VIA Ongoing Projects
The VIA collects and disperses items all year long and these items can be brought to any of our meetings.
- Art supplies for Green Cove Springs Jr. High School
- School supplies for Green Cove Springs Jr. High School
- Individually wrapped snacks for Bannerman Learning Center to be used for students to “purchase” with earned behavior points
- Children’s books that are given to Habitat for Humanity families
- Gently used children’s and adult books that are placed in area laundromats
- Canned/non-perishable food items for Green Cove Springs Food Pantry
- Pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House
- Used greeting cards for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital
- Gently used large t-shirts to be made into adult bibs for nursing homes
- Towels & blankets for animal shelters
- Clean, empty plastic pill containers for animal shelters
